In our current housing market, finding the home of your dreams, in the location of your dreams can seem impossible. At Nonemacher Builders we are making that a reality for residents of Northeastern and central Wisconsin. 

If you do not already have land, our partnered realtor Molly will help you acquire your lot.  After choosing the location, we perform a complimentary lot evaluation and thoroughly assess the site to ensure its compatibility with your property expectations.  

Our unique design process allows you to choose from a variety of floor plans and feature design options, all of which have their own look and feel. You also have the ability to customize your design, and upgrade your selections to fit your needs and specifications.   

We assist you in aligning design plans with your financial plans, and understand communicating estimates and expectations are of high importance. Reviewing all costs associated with your design plans and any upgrades you select will ensure they are realistic for your personal budget.  

Before construction on your home can begin, we will provide you with a building contract outlining the specific details of your project, including selections made and costs associated with them. These documents are communicated to you clearly and accurately to ensure the transaction will proceed smoothly.  

With the design selections finalized and financing is in place, everything is in order to start construction. We work diligently to maintain open communication with you during construction and have the experience and knowledge to navigate any issues that may arise.
